We (The Diabetes Research Institute Foundation) have an incredible event occurring on March 5th at Marlins Stadium. It is the Walgreens Walk/Run and Fun Day to Benefit the DRI. Part of the day is a fabulous run. Thanks to a generous grant aimed at helping kids lead healthier lives, the first 500 kids under 21, living or attending school in Miami Dade County, to register for the 5k/10k/& SuperHeroFunRun by midnight March 1 run for free! The codes are on the pictures above.
Of course the walk is a fabulous part as well and anyone can join. Go to www.WalgreensWalkDRI.org for all of the events of the day including meeting Billy the Marlin, Star Wars Characters, and even Ronald McDonald.
